Luo Jinhui,Male, born in May 1983 in Xunyang, Shaanxi Province. He holds a postgraduate education, a Doctoral degree in Geological Resources and Geological Engineering, is a Lecturer, and a Master's Supervisor. His main research interests include: GIS application, mathematical geology, 3D geological modeling and smart mines.

He presides over 1 project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and 3 enterprise-commissioned projects. As a core researcher, he participates in 9 projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China and National Science and Technology Major Special Projects. He has published more than 20 academic papers, been authorized 3 invention patents and 14 software copyrights.
