Shu Xiaochao,Associate Professor, Master's Supervisor, Doctor of Geology, and joint-training doctoral student with state-sponsored study at the University of Saskatchewan, Canada (September 2019 ~ September 2020). He is mainly engaged in research on the genetic mechanism of mineral resources and deep-time geological environment. He has successively presided over more than ten scientific research projects, including the Young Scientists Fund of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the General Funding of the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, a special topic of the National Key R&D Program, and a provincial key R&D program project. He was selected into the Young Teachers "Sailing Program" and "Outstanding Young Backbone Teachers" training of China University of Mining and Technology. He has published many academic papers as the first author in geoscience journals such as Palaeogeography, Palaeoclimatology, Palaeoecology (Paleo-3), International Geology Review (IGR), Journal of Geodynamics (JGE), Oil & Gas Research (OGR), Acta Petrologica Sinica, and Acta Geologica Sinica. He recruits master's students in disciplines such as Geology, Geological Resources and Geological Engineering, and Resources and Environment.
