Wang Meng,male,born in September 1982,from Zoucheng,Shandong,holds a PhD,professor,and doctoral supervisor; Deputy Secretary and Deputy Director of the Party Committee of Jiangsu Key Laboratory of Coal based Greenhouse Gas Reduction and Resource Utilization,and Vice President of the Carbon Neutrality Research Institute; The 10th batch of outstanding young backbone teachers at the university level of China University of Mining and Technology,members of the 8th and 9th batches of the Science and Technology Mayor's League in Jiangsu Province,and the 9th batch of cadres and talents from central and state organs and central enterprises assisting Xinjiang.
