闫兆进，男，1991年11月出生，山东济宁人，博士研究生学历，南京大学地理学博士学位，2019.9-2020.10在美国威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校联合培养，副教授，硕士生导师，地球信息科学系副系主任，江苏省双创博士，中国矿业大学优秀青年骨干教师。主要研究方向为：地学大数据挖掘、GIS与空间分析、地理时空智能、碳排放监测与核算、地球信息科学。
